Crystal is an amazing realtor. She was always prompt with responses and I feel she went above and beyond for our family. We had a few major bumps in the road with our lender, but Crystal helped us navigate them efficiently. Highly recommend her!

Crystal helped us find a property in Greeley, Co for our sons to live in while attending the University Northern Colorado. We live in Colorado Springs. Crystal showed excellent knowledge of the area and quickly ascertained what the parameters were for our search. We very much appreciated her contacts in the area not only with other realtors, but financing folks as well. Her guidance regarding the market in Greeley was right on and with out her help we might still be floundering around. Tremendously patient, she didn't mind taking us back to certain properties numerous times. The physical distance between Colorado Springs and Greeley was not an issue as she was quick to return calls and emails if she was not immediately available. Bought a home in 2013.
Crystal was so patient with our family in finding our dream home, she never was pushy about any property and never made us feel rushed into buying anything that wasn't perfect for us. When our dream home was preparing to hit the market, Crystal arranged for our family to privately view the home days before the listing was officially on the market!
It was Crystals prompt responses to emails, phone calls and texts that I very much appreciated, I knew I could get immediate responses from her any time.

Crystal was a great help to my wife and I while looking for a home in Colorado. My wife and I have wanted to build a home since we were married, and didn't expect to be able to do so this soon. Crystal responded to our initial inquiry very quickly, and provided generous amounts of information in a short period of time. I traveled up to Colorado to view model homes for the builder, and Crystal was a great tour guide. My wife and I had spent the previous summer in Fort Collins, but didn't explore the areas east of I-25.
